City of San Leandro Planning Commission (3): Public Development Plan Alternatives, <br />Community Engagement Summary and Draft Development Plan, and Public Hearing for <br />Adoption. <br />C. County Decision Maker Hearings (5): CBTP updates will be provided to Alameda County <br />Decision Makers, which may include Eden MAC, County Planning Commission, <br />Unincorporated Services District, County Transportation and Planning Commission, and <br />the Board of Supervisors. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft Decision Maker Presentations <br />• Final Decision Maker Presentations <br />• Internal summaries <br />2.6 Public Engagement Tools <br />The purpose of general public engagement is to receive feedback on community needs and <br />goals for the CBTP area and to provide opportunities for input and feedback. Best practices for <br />equity and inclusivity will be applied when designing materials widely shared with the general <br />public. The consultant team will provide materials in English, Chinese, Spanish, and Tagalog <br />and be ADA compliant with the City providing translation and interpretation services. For in- <br />person public engagement events, the team will facilitate meetings, and interpreters from the <br />City will translate in the languages desired. <br />A. Project Websites and Updates <br />Project websites will be hosted on the City of San Leandro’s and Alameda County’s websites. <br />The consultant team will provide project branding, text and graphic content, and updates to City <br />and County staff as needed, generally monthly. Social media content will be included for the <br />City and County to publicize engagement opportunities.
