Potential Infrastructure Project List This task explores the potential for above ground infrastructure such as the streets, pathways, and connections, and underground infrastructure improvements including utilities such as municipal water, sewer, and storm drainage. UFS will work with BKF to provide a list of public infrastructure improvement projects needed to improve access and accommodate new development. This will provide a better understanding of those Development Plan s' physical and financial needs. B. Phasing Precedents SDG will advise on the phasing criteria for infrastructure and related site capacity of the Sub- Area 1 Study Area. SDG will provide precedents that will be used to better understand the phasing of development. Precedents will serve as a reference for best practices for potential steps in the Sub-Area 1's development. C. Infrastructure Implementation and Financing Framework EPS will provide an understanding of the steps public and private stakeholders need to take to implement infrastructure improvements for the Development Plan area, including available grants to fund catalytic infrastructure. Deliverables: • Potential Infrastructure Project List and cost estimates • One section of the Design Framework Presentation, including precedent exploration • One category of design criteria for the Evaluation Tool spreadsheet 4.11 Evaluation Framework The Evaluation Framework will compile the list of design criteria created throughout Task 4 to guide the development of alternatives.
