<br /> <br />Page 43 of 65 <br /> <br />Task 8: Development Plan & Supporting Documents <br />8.1 Preliminary Development Plan <br />UFS will provide a draft preferred development plan based on feedback about alternatives in <br />Task 6 to be used in Charrette #3 (Task 8.2) <br /> <br />UFS will coordinate the production of the Draft Development Plan components by the <br />Consultant Team using AutoCAD and the Adobe Creative Suite. The final product will be an <br />11x17 format PDF. <br /> <br />Comments on the Development Plan should be provided in a consolidated PDF. <br /> <br />The Preliminary Development Plan may include the following outline as a guide to the content of <br />the Development Plan. This suggested outline may be adjusted and shifted based on desired <br />focus areas and features and may be edited throughout the process. <br />A.
