Response to Comments Document <br />Based on one consolidated set of internally consistent comments from City staff on the <br />Administrative Final, MIG would prepare the published Final EIR. <br />Based on oral (e.g., at a Planning Commission hearing) and written comments received during the <br />45-day public review period for the Draft SEIR, MIG would prepare the Administrative Final EIR. <br />The Final SEIR would include: (1) a list of persons, organizations, and public agencies commenting <br />on the Draft SEIR; (2) a summary of oral comments plus copies of written comments on the Draft <br />EIR; (3) responses to significant environmental points raised in the comments; and (4) any <br />necessary revisions to the Draft SEIR. MIG will provide an electronic version of the Administrative <br />Final SEIR to City staff for review. MIG has allocated up to 98 hours to respond to comments. <br />MIG would provide an electronic version of the published Final SEIR to the City. The City will be <br />responsible for printing hard copies. <br />B. Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and Notice of <br />Determination <br />MIG will update the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) to incorporate <br />supplemental impacts and mitigations resulting from the Supplemental EIR. MIG will also prepare <br />the Notice of Determination (NOD) (City staff will provide the letterhead template) for posting by City <br />staff with the County Clerk. An electronic version of each will be provided to the City.
