Page 65 of 65 <br />Task 12: Project Close-out <br />12.1 DBE Reporting <br />The consultant team will provide the City with a Final DBE Report detailing DBE participation <br />and utilization on the project, consistent with reporting form(s) in the CalTrans Local Assistance <br />Procedures Manual (LAPM) Chapter 9. No additional DBE progress reporting is required during <br />the project, after the initial DBE goal setting specified in Task 1. <br />Deliverables <br />•DBE Utilization Report <br />12.2 MTC Close-Out Plan Summary <br />Consultant shall provide City with a completed MTC Close-Out Plan Summary, completed at <br />project close-out after project completion. <br />Deliverables <br />•MTC Close-Out Plan Summary <br />12.3 Transfer of Development Plan and CBTP Project Files <br />The consultant team will provide the City with an archive of all project deliverables and <br />associated files, in editable native format whenever possible, to be distributed to project Agency <br />Partners (Alameda County and BART) by the City, as appropriate.
