<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 12/23/2024 <br />Pacific Wastewater Optimization for Capital Program Management Services Exhibit A – Page 1 of 2 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Task 1: Rehabilitation of 2512 Davis Street Storage Building <br />The Storage Building scope includes painting, security, electrical service, lighting, demolition of existing <br />office space, and repair of existing structural elements. Plans and bids will be prepared by trade – with 3-5 <br />separate contracts expected for painting, electrical/lighting, demo, security, exterior doors and column <br />repairs. <br />Deliverables: Prepare and bid plans for demo, column repair, security, roll up door, exterior repairs, and <br />paint. Prepare electrical and lighting plans for bid under separate contract. <br />Task 2: Fixed Film Reactor Demolition and Removal <br />The Fixed Film Reactor demolition will be publicly bid. The demolition will be organized into two phases. The <br />first is the demolition, disposal/recycling as applicable of all steel and concrete, and compaction of the plastic <br />media into bales. A second phase/bidding effort is anticipated to dispose of the media. <br />Deliverables: Prepare bid documents. Proposed approach is to demo and bale media. Disposal to be bid <br />separately. Costs include disposal bidding as well. <br />Task 3: Effluent Pump Station Project MCC Predesign Project Management <br />The effluent pump station electrical system is scheduled for upgrade. This project will define the parameters <br />work to be included in the project. Pacific Wastewater Optimization will work with staff to define project goals, <br />gather background materials and prepare a request for proposals or quote <br />Deliverables: Review predesign memos, attend design meetings, and general project management <br />oversight. <br />Task 4: Valley Service Area Reconnection Study Project Management <br />A study is needed to determine the feasibility of reconnecting the “Valley Service Area” to the San Leandro <br />collection system. Pacific Wastewater Optimization will work with staff to define project goals, gather <br />background materials and prepare a request for proposals or quote. <br />Deliverables: Define scope and basic input variables (revenues, alignment).
