Non-Professional Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Denalect for Police Building Door Access Exhibit A 3 February 2025 Page A2 of 3 Part 1: Video/Intercom System This scope of work includes the following: •Install a video/intercom system consisting of 5 new video/intercom desktop master stations located at 5 locations in the PD dispatchers console areas with connection to 1 new video/intercom unit at the front of the PD where the old one used to be located and also add 1 new video/intercom unit at the rear PD vehicle entrance gate. •In addition, work includes the installation of one IP Video/Intercom Door Station surface mounted vandal resistant unit to be located on the exterior to the South Offices entrance to the PD to replace existing unit. •Run new wiring from the PD entrance video/intercom unit back to the server room and make connections to the master stations located at the PD dispatcher’s console (Exact locations TBD with Dispatch Supervisor.) •Run new wiring from the rear PD vehicle entrance gate video/intercom station using the existing conduit already in place back to the server room and make connections to the master stations located at the PD dispatchers console. •Tie Video/intercom system into the access control system to release the vehicle gate and front double doors. •Program video/intercom system based on equipment installed and instruction on use of the new equipment. The following equipment is included in this scope work: •(5) Aiphone (IX Series) Video/Voice Intercom master stations at the PD dispatch console areas •(5) Aiphone Desktop brackets for the master stations •Aiphone Video/voice intercom station (Gate) •**Aiphone Video/voice intercom station back box (City will need to fabricate a steel backing on top of the existing goose neck which houses the access control reader for this unit as they did for the WPCP main entrance gate) •Aiphone Video/Voice intercom door station (Front of PD) •Aiphone Video/Voice intercom surface back box for mounting to the concrete wall to the left of the main entry double doors •IP Relay Adapter - 4 inputs & 10 outputs •12-Port/8 PoE+ Gigabit Managed Switch Part 2: Exterior Jail Cell Door & PD Vehicle gate release button This scope of work includes the following: •Work consists of (5) Five 2-button momentary desktop button units located at each of the Dispatch consoles to release the PD vehicle gate and the lower main door into the Jail cell area independently. Research and locate the existing conduit in the floor of the server and run new wiring to the jail door and make connections to the existing locking system for the jail door. •Wire and connect to the PD vehicle gate access system controller.
