Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 3 February 2025 <br />Denalect for Mulford Library Security Access Exhibit B Page B1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />Cost Schedule: <br />The cost to complete the scope of work described in Exhibit A is as follows: <br />1. Site Access Control $15,740 <br />2. Intrusion and Panic Alarm $14,826 <br />3. CCTV Security Cameras $32,810 <br />4. Project Closeout: Training and As-Built Documentation $6,000 <br />5. First year security monitoring ($42 per month) $504 <br />Total Cost $69,880 <br />Payments will be made on a monthly basis based on the amount of work completed and invoiced. Payment <br />for materials and equipment will not be made until incorporated directly into the site construction. <br />Hourly Rate Schedule: <br />Additional work shall be performed on a time and materials basis at the following rate: <br />Project Manager $210.00/Hr. <br />Technical Staff $170.00/Hr. <br />CADD Technician $145.00/Hr. <br />Clerical/Secretarial $105.00/Hr. <br />Above rates are effective January 2025. These rates are subject to change on <br />January 1st of each year or if any increases to the (Alameda County) Prevailing wage rates <br />throughout the year if they apply. <br />Reimbursable Expenses <br />Cost of reproduction, printing, plotting, postage, shipping and fees paid for fire and or <br />security approvals of Authorities have Jurisdiction (AHJ) over the project are billed at <br />one point one-zero (1.10) times direct expense. <br />Additional services, when requested or authorized by the Client, are billed on an hourly <br />basis for in house staff in accordance with the rate schedule above. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: F191B670-64D7-40ED-A0D0-4D9205630497
