Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and <br />Denalect for Mulford Library Security Access Exhibit A <br />3 February 2025 <br />Page A of <br />One (1) Blackjack (NVR) Network Video Recorder, with a 20TB hard drive for recording. <br />Nine (9) 5MP IP indoor/outdoor cameras <br />One (1)16 camera POE switch <br />Part 4 -Assumptions: <br />The above scope of work assumes the following: <br />Denalect will work directly under contract with the City of San Leandro, however, <br />Denalect shall schedule field work in coordination with the City’s General Contractor. <br />Denalect shall assign resources accordingly so as not to delay the project’s overall <br />construction schedule. The project will be publicly bid and awarded to the general <br />contractor with the lowest qualified bid. This project is anticipated to start <br />construction around July 2025, with completion of the main building structure around <br />March 2026. <br />The quoted scope of work for Parts 1 to 3 above is based on the 100% design development <br />construction progress drawings prepared by Noll and Tam Architects dated June 28, 2024. <br />Denelect will install low voltage conductors only: Line voltage wiring and EMT conduits shall be <br />provided by the City’s general contractor and electrical subcontractor. <br />Door locking hardware and powering of door locks is to be provided by the City’s general <br />contractor <br />Denalect shall provide all related programming and field testing to ensure system performs <br />as intended. <br />Denalect to provide shop drawings and equipment submittals to the City Representative, <br />Architect, and Building Department for review and approval. <br />Denalect will provide all ancillary items as needed to complete the work, such as: wire, <br />brackets, connectors, fasteners, & ties. <br />Upon completion of the work, Denalect shall provide training on the operation of the systems to <br />designated City staff, as well as provide ‘As-Builts’ drawings upon completion of work showing <br />actual field installation conditions. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: F191B670-64D7-40ED-A0D0-4D9205630497
