<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 05/12/2025 <br />Freyer & Laureta Inc. for 2024 Sanitary Sewer Point Repair Project Exhibit A – Page 1 of 3 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />The City of San Leandro conducts an annual citywide sanitary sewer point program. This contract will <br />provide civil engineering services for the Sanitary Sewer Point Repairs 2024-2025 Project. The project <br />includes the repair of various sewer line segments throughout the City and had previously been developed <br />to a 35% design level, including plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E). The preliminary PS&E <br />identified 82 sewer segments slated for replacement, upgrades, or rehabilitation. The City anticipates <br />adding approximately 20 additional segments to the project scope during the final design. <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />Consultant’s scope of services for the engineering services for the Sanitary Sewer Point Repairs 2024- <br />2025 Project shall include: <br /> <br />Task 1 – Project Management and Coordination <br /> <br />F&L will provide overall project management, including: <br />• Prepare project schedule and provide regular progress updates. <br />• Prepare for and attend a project kickoff meeting. <br />• Prepare for and participate in virtual biweekly progress meetings. <br />• Prepare monthly invoices. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• Baseline project schedule and regular updates. <br />• Kickoff meeting agenda and minutes. <br />• Biweekly progress meeting agendas and minutes. <br />• Monthly invoices, including progress reports. <br /> <br />Task 2: Site Investigation, Data Collection, Record Research <br /> <br />F&L will provide preliminary design services, including: <br />• Utility research will be performed, and utility locations will be interpreted from utility company <br />system drawings for reference. <br />• Field Visit to confirm existing conditions and identify potential constructability issues. <br />• Review the CCTV for the 20 new sites as provided by the City. <br />• Review the City’s CCTV assessments of the current 82 sites which the City has designed to a 35% <br />level. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• Technical Memorandum including the CCTV assessments and repair recommendation for the 20 <br />new sites. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: D040CCE6-5D6F-491B-8DE6-ACFC8DC6C1DD
