<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 05/12/2025 <br />Freyer & Laureta Inc. for 2024 Sanitary Sewer Point Repair Project Exhibit A – Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />Task 3 – Preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates <br /> <br />Following the completion of Task 2, F&L will proceed with preparing the final design. F&L will proceed to <br />prepare construction documents incorporating the selected replacement option coordinated with the City. <br />• Prepare Construction drawings including; <br />o Revision of the City provided Title Sheet <br />o Revision of the City provided General Notes, Legend, and Abbreviations <br />o Revision of the City provided Improvement Plans <br />o Improvement Plans including the 20 new sites <br />o Revision of the Details Sheets <br />• Prepare special provisions to the City’s Standard Specifications, including; <br />o Part 1 – General Provisions <br />o Part 2 – Materials <br />o Part 3 – Methods <br />o Part 5 – Pipeline System Rehabilitation <br />o Part 6 – Temporary Traffic Control <br />• Prepare Opinion of Probable Construction Cost (OPC) <br /> <br />F&L will prepare CD submittal at 70%, Draft 100% and Final 100% design levels. Following the 70% <br />design submittal, F&L will facilitate a design review workshop to present the 70% design submittals to <br />the City for feedback. F&L will prepare a meeting agenda and provide meeting minutes that will include <br />written responses to comments. <br />F&L will also review and provide responses to the City’s comments on the draft 100% as final <br />coordination with the City prior to issuance of Final 100% design as the bid documents. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• 70% PSE in PDF format <br />• 70% design workshop agenda and minutes in PDF format <br />• Written response to 70% submittal comments <br />• Draft 100% PSE in PDF format <br />• Written response to draft 100% submittal comments <br />• Final 100% PSE in PDF format <br /> <br />Task 4 – Bid Support <br /> <br />Following the completion of Task 3, F&L will support the City during the bid phase, including: <br />• Attend Pre-Bid Meeting <br />• Provide written responses to submitted bidder questions. <br />• Prepare & provide Addenda documents (assume up to two addenda). <br />• Assist City with Bid Evaluations <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• Provide written responses to submitted bidder questions. <br />• Provide Addenda documents (assume up to two addenda). <br />Docusign Envelope ID: D040CCE6-5D6F-491B-8DE6-ACFC8DC6C1DD
