IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE $1,450,000 FROM GENERAL FUND RESERVES TO THE POLICE <br />BUILDING AND SOUTH OFFICES MODIFICATIONS PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2014.0481 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project is substantially complete; and <br />WHEREAS, a Settlement Agreement was approved to resolve all outstanding claims and costs <br />related to the construction contract with DL Falk Construction, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, additional project funding is necessary to cover the remaining expenses associated <br />with this project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />1.
