EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Consultant shall apply for and obtain permits from the San Leandro Building Department. City will pay the <br />remaining permit fees including inspection costs, if any, after Contractor pays the initial $136.00 Permit Fee <br />+ 2.5% credit card fee. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Scope of Work: <br />1. Order, receive, inspect, stage, deliver, and install all items listed in Contractor’s Quotation 730222. <br />2. Provide all labor as agreed upon in Exhibit B including the scans of the floor for rebar at Orangebox <br />perimeter locations, and a structural engineer who will determine from those scans and his/her <br />expertise as well as from manufacturer’s recommendations, how best to secure the Orangebox <br />equipment to meet the seismic requirements. <br />3. Secure the Orangebox units per the structural engineering direction thereby meeting all Building <br />Code requirements, including but not limited to applicable code for seismic. <br />4.
