File Number: 25-203 <br />Master Fee Schedule <br />If adopted and approved, most of the proposed changes for FY 2025-2026 will go into effect July <br />1, 2025. Development-related fees go into effect 60 days after Council adoption. <br />Estimating the fiscal impact from the changes in the Master Fee Schedule relies on assumptions <br />related to the demand for fee-based services. Fees related to Charges and Services , and <br />Licenses and Permits are expected to increase General Fund revenues by approximately <br />$945,000 and will be incorporated into the Recommended FY 2025-2026 Budget. <br />Business License Fees, Emergency Medical Services Tax, and Emergency Communications <br />System Access Tax <br />Business License revenue is anticipated to increase General Fund revenues by $153,720, <br />Emergency Medical Services Tax by $25,000, and Emergency System Access Tax by $117,123. <br />These revenue estimates will be included in the proposed FY 2025-2026 Budget . <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />A: Resolution Amending Master Fee Schedule for FY 2025-26 <br />B: Ordinance Amending Business License Tax for 2025-26 <br />C: Ordinance Amending Emergency Medical Services Tax for 2025-26 <br />D: Ordinance Amending Emergency Communications System Access Tax <br />E.
