IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />PROPOSING AMENDMENTS TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY DEPARTMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Master Fee Schedule compiles City Council-approved fees for specific City <br />services provided to individuals in the community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, limited tax revenues support these services given the unique benefit to individual <br />members of the public; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, agencies are allowed to set fees at rates providing fair and reasonable recovery of <br />costs incurred in providing the services, minimizing, or eliminating use of general funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proposed adjustments to the Master Fee schedule are presented to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code is hereby amended, <br />and the amendment shall be implemented July 1, 2025, except for certain Community Development <br />fees, as identified, that shall become effective 60 days following City Council approval in accordance <br />with California law. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember _______________ and passed and adopted this 5th day of May 2025 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: () <br /> <br />NOES: () <br /> <br />ABSENT: () <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
