FAIRWAY MEDICAL PLAZA, LLC <br />[1911 Fairway, San Leandro, CA 94577] <br />damiansfink@gmail.com <br />April 3, 2025 <br />City of San Leandro <br />Office of the City Manager <br />835 E 14th Street <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />Subject: Formal Notification of Lease Agreement and Tenant Transition at 1911 Fairway Drive, <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />Dear Ms. Cameron, <br />This letter serves as formal notification that Fairway Medical Plaza LLC, a California limited <br />liability company (“Fairway”), is the lawful owner of the real property commonly known as 1911 Fairway <br />Drive, San Leandro, CA 94577 (the “Property”). <br />This letter shall also serve as confirmation that: <br />• On or about December 26, 2024, Fairway and NUG, Inc., a Nevada corporation <br />(collectively with its assignee(s), “NUG”), entered into that certain Commercial Lease Agreement (Triple <br />Net) Retail and Warehouse Premises (as amended from time -to-time, the “Lease”), whereby, among other <br />things, NUG has the full legal right to the tenancy and operation of the Property including but subject to <br />the issuance of all applicable permits and/or licenses, to use the Property for the operation of an adult use <br />cannabis retail storefront; and <br />• The lease between Fairway and the previous tenant of the Property (BLUM San <br />Leandro (as successor in interest to Terra Tech Corp.) (the “Previous Tenant”)) terminated and all business <br />operations of the Previous Tenant at the Property (including the operation of an adult use cannabis retail <br />storefront) ceased as of December 31, 2024. The Previous Tenant no longer has any access to the Property. <br />This notification is provided for informational purposes and to ensure the City of San Leandro’s <br />records reflect the current occupancy and operational status of the Property.
