Park Assessment <br />In Spring 2024, all city parks were evaluated to assess <br />the overall state of San Leandro’s park system. As <br />summarized in Figure 4.1, each facility was evaluated <br />using a pre-defined rubric with criteria grouped into <br />four categories: Access and Connectivity, Functionality, <br />Condition, and Comfort and Sense of Safety.
