Construction Costs <br />Table 4.1 outlines the estimated costs associated with implementing the proposed improvements and additional <br />amenities detailed in the Washington Manor Park Concept Plan (see Figure 4.1). The total projected cost for these <br />enhancements is $13,800,000, including a 30% contingency to account for future design refinements and current <br />uncertainty around increasing construction costs.
