IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECT LIST ‘C’ IN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 10 YEAR <br />PLAN FY 2026 THROUGH FY 2035 FOR FINAL ADOPTION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro desires to establish a Capital Improvement <br />Program 10-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2026 through 2035 (the “Capital Improvement Plan”); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered the proposed Project List ‘C,’ as <br />presented; and <br /> <br />Project List ‘C’ <br /> <br />Hesperian Bike Lane Gap Closure <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to include Hesperian Bike Lane Gap Closure in the Capital <br />Improvement Plan as a funded project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make a final decision to include Hesperian Bike Lane Gap <br />Closure in the Capital Improvement Plan as a funded project for final adoption. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE that the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro hereby approves the inclusion of Hesperian Bike Lane Gap Closure in <br />the Capital Improvement Program 10-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2026 through 2035 as a funded project. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember _______________ and passed and adopted this 9th day of June 2025 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: () <br /> <br />NOES: () <br /> <br />ABSENT: () <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
