Please see the attached spreadsheet for award <br />amount by TOC policy area and jurisdiction. <br />The grant awards were approved at the February 14, 2025 MTC Planning Committee. <br />Please refer to Agenda Item 7a for further information. We will follow up in the next few <br />weeks with additional information related to your specific project(s). In the meantime, <br />please get started on these next steps: <br />1. MTC requires a resolution of local support from your jurisdiction to accept the <br />funds. Please start the process to adopt this resolution as soon as possible— <br />we would like to receive a copy of your resolution by June 30, 2025 at the <br />latest. The template can be found here Please submit the approved resolution to <br />planninggrants@bayareametro.gov. <br />a. If your jurisdiction received awards across multiple policy areas, these <br />awards may be combined into the same resolution. Please be sure to <br />coordinate the resolution approval with other staff within your jurisdiction <br />across the awarded policy areas. <br />2. The attached award spreadsheet identifies the jurisdiction staff contact that MTC has <br />on file for awarded categories as well as the Planning Director/Manager and the <br />Public Works or Transportation Director of your jurisdiction. Please confirm this <br />contact information is accurate and respond to this email if any updates are <br />needed to the contacts listed .
