RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX 2 <br />That the City Manager is authorized to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to <br />effect the purpose and intent of this resolution, including negotiating amendments to the agreements, <br />subject to the approval as to form by the City Attorney; and <br /> <br />That the City Manager or her designee is hereby authorized to negotiate and approve cumulative <br />amendments to the agreements up to a maximum of 25% of the original contract amount: <br /> <br />1. CSG Consultants, Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed $200,000 (with amendments for up to a not- <br />to- exceed amount of an additional $50,000) in FY2025-2026 and FY2026-2027 <br /> <br />2.
