Exhibit A <br />Scope of Services <br />Task 1: Perform tests as necessary to determine the optimal polymer for each purpose. Assist WPCP staff <br />with correct dosing and application of the polymer in both processes in which it is used. Continue to test <br />new polymers as they become available. Assist WPCP staff with any polymer-related issues. <br />Task 2: Arrange for delivery of the polymer. Polymer will be delivered within 3 business days of being <br />ordered and any interruptions should be communicated to WPCP staff as soon as they arise.
