APPLICANTS AND/OR APPELLANTS – PUBLIC HEARINGS
Any applicant and/or appellant who speaks before the City Council shall limit their
address to ten (10) minutes. This time limit will not be applied to speakers to whom
constitutional due process applies. The City Attorney shall advise the City Council in this
regard. Applicants and/or appellants shall be allowed five (5) minutes for rebuttal
following public comments and before City Council comments and questions.

C.
