Earth Day <br />The City hosted an Earth Day event in A p ri l with a variety o f act iv ities a n d informat io n o ffered t o the co mm un ity. <br />In support of urb an forestry, the City had a boot h w it h educationa l posters about trees and a dot b o a rd exe rc ise <br />t o gather community input for the Trees Mast er P la n. <br />Th e results of the dot e xe rcise are shown b e low. Th e vast majority of pa rticipa n ts vot e d for "Trees to bea utify <br />t he city" where a picture of a flower ing cherry was d isplayed.
