RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX 2 <br /> <br />1. The City of San Leandro City Manager or her designee is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute the Cooperative Implementation Agreement with CalTrans and <br />any amendments thereto; and <br /> <br />2. The City of San Leandro City Manager or her designee is hereby authorized to execute <br />all documents and take all actions necessary to effect the purpose and intent of this <br />Resolution; and <br /> <br />3. The City Council certifies that the project will comply with all laws and regulations <br />including, but not limited to, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), legal <br />requirements for building codes, health and safety codes, the California Labor Code, <br />disabled access laws, and that prior to commencement of the project, all applicable <br />permits will have been obtained; and <br /> <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized to appropriate $3,300,000 in revenue <br />account N o.150-3643 (Other grants) and a corresponding expenditure account <br />No. 150-38-424; and <br /> <br />5.
