RESOLUTION NO. 2025-001 GHAD 2 c) The district has not levied or collected any assessments and holds no significant liquid assets; and/or d) The district has not substantially complied with a material condition of the resolution of formation adopted by the legislative body; and WHEREAS, a proposal for dissolution must be made by Board Resolution, setting a public hearing and opportunity for protest; and WHEREAS, the GHAD and/or authorized staff for the City of San Leandro working strictly as the administrators or authorized agents for the GHAD, will prepare all necessary documents for dissolution and /or formally seek the City’s assistance in moving forward with dissolution of the GHAD. NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Leandro Hillside Geologic Hazard Abatement District does RESOLVE as follows: 1. City of San Leandro staff, acting strictly as authorized agents for the San Leandro Hillside GHAD are directed to prepare a notice of dissolution along with all necessary associated documents for that application, including notice of public hearing and opportunity to contest. 2. The Board of Directors formally requests the City’s assistance and support with the District’s dissolution efforts. 3. A public hearing is set for the date and time below to hear any and all protests to the dissolution of the GHAD: November 17, 2025 6:30 PM Council Chambers, 835 E14th St, San Leandro, CA 94577 Introduced by Director Aguilar and passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the San Leandro Hillside Geologic Hazard Abatement District on this 6th day of October 2025 by the following vote: AYES: Director Aguilar, Azevedo, Boldt, Bowen, Simon, Viveros-Walton, and Chair González (7) NOES: None (0) ABSENT: None (0) ATTEST: Kelly B.
