July 7, 2025City Council Minutes <br />Enactment No: Ord 2025-010, Reso 2025-090 <br />8.b.25-270 First Reading and Introduction of an Ordinance to vacate <br />approximately 996 linear feet of public right-of-way commonly known <br />as Eden Road (APN: 042-4530-005-02) located between Doolittle <br />Drive and the Western Terminus <br />The Hearing was opened to the public. <br />There being no public comments, and without objection, the Public Hearing was <br />closed. <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Aguilar, Jr., seconded by Mayor <br />González III, that this Staff Report be Approved. The motion CARRIED by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Simon, González III, Bowen, Viveros-Walton, Boldt7 - <br />Enactment No: Ord 2025-011 <br />PRESENTATIONS9. <br />9.a.25-318 Alternative Response Unit Six Month Update <br />Item postponed to a future meeting of the Council. <br />This matter was Presented <br />ACTION ITEMS10. <br />10.b.25-317 Adopt a Resolution to Approve the Capital Improvement Program <br />10-Year Plan FY 2026 through FY 2035 <br />Comments were made by approximately 11 people. <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Viveros-Walton, seconded by <br />Councilmember Aguilar, to extend the meeting to 10:30 pm. The motion passed <br />7-0. <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Aguilar, seconded by Mayor González, <br />to extend the meeting to 11:00 pm. The motion passed 4-3 (Councilmembers <br />Azevedo, Simon, and Boldt voting no). <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Azevedo, seconded by Councilmember <br />Boldt, that the Capital Improvement Program 10-Year Plan be adopted.
