January 20, 2026City Council Minutes <br />COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS11. <br />Councilmember Bowen stated that she had submitted two requests : one pertaining to <br />expanding the ARtWalk project; and one including potential vacancy tax and applicable <br />sin taxes to the list of potential revenue sources to be explored in the previously <br />approved revenue measure survey to be conducted in 2026. <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS, CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS12. <br />City Councilmembers reported on attendance at intergovernmental agency meetings, <br />conferences, and seminars since the last meeting.
