March 2, 2026City Council Minutes <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Aguilar, seconded by Mayor González, <br />to continue this agenda item to the April 6, 2026 City Council meeting. The <br />motion CARRIED by the following vote: <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Simon, González III, Bowen, Viveros-Walton, Boldt6 - <br />10d.26-099 Authorize City Attorney to Prepare Responses to Questions from <br />Councilmember Simon, Which Follow-up Previous Questions from <br />Councilmember Simon Already Asked, Answered by City Attorney and <br />Provided to Whole Council; or Waive Attorney-Client Privilege to <br />Previous Responses to Councilmember Simon’s Questions for Further <br />Discussion at a Future Meeting Regarding the Authorization <br />Councilmember Simon withdrew his request for the agenda item to be <br />considered by the City Council.
