<br /> <br /> <br />Client: City of San Leandro <br />Project: E14th & Marina Blvd Sycamore Trimming <br />Prepared By: Julian Tree Care Inc. <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br />Julian Tree Care Inc. will perform major weight reduction trimming and selective removals of <br />sycamore trees located along E14th Street and Marina Blvd in San Leandro. <br />All work will be performed to the highest industry standards, following: <br /> ANSI A300 Pruning Standards <br /> ANSI Z133 Safety Standards <br /> ISA Best Management Practices <br />Key Objectives: <br /> Reduce limb weight and stress on structural branches (25–35% canopy reduction, not to <br />exceed 35%). <br /> Minimize risk of branch failure and improve public safety. <br /> Maintain the tree’s natural form and health. <br /> Provide clearance: 10 ft from buildings, 10 ft from power lines, 12 ft above walkways, <br />and 15 ft above roadways. <br /> Remove dead, broken, or hazardous branches ≥ ½ inch diameter. <br /> If during pruning operations our ISA-certified pruners identify any sycamores that <br />pose a significant safety hazard or structural failure risk, those trees may be <br />removed and stump-ground with City authorization and funding availability. <br /> <br />Pricing <br />Work Type Unit Price Estimated Quantity Total <br />Major Weight Reduction Trim $385 167 $64,295 <br />Tree Removals (includes stump grinding) $985 13 $12,805 <br />Total Proposal Amount: $77,100 <br />(Previous $12,000 allowance has been removed per client direction.) <br />Docusign Envelope ID: EC4F0B09-FB8F-42FF-81CD-654E231831EB
