Leffmann encountered a portion of the sidewalk at the corner of Bancroft <br />Avenue and 136th Avenue (in front of 1502 136th Avenue), that was <br />inaccessible and that caused her difficulty and discomfort because there is a <br />utility pole which causes the width of the sidewalk to be narrower than three <br />feet. <br />i. On September 9, 2025 and on many occasions prior to and after that date, Ms. <br />Leffmann encountered a portion of the sidewalk, at Bancroft Avenue and 137th <br />Avenue (by 1504/1508 137th Avenue) that was inaccessible and that caused her <br />difficulty and discomfort because there is a change in elevation between the <br />curb ramp and the crossing and the crosswalk is unmarked. <br />j. On September 9, 2025 and on many occasions prior to and after that date, Ms. <br />Leffmann encountered a portion of the sidewalk at Bancroft Avenue and 139th <br />Avenue (in front of church) that was inaccessible and that caused her difficulty <br />and discomfort because it is cracked, deteriorating, crumbled, cratered and <br />uplifted, causing a change in elevation of more than one half inch. <br />k. On September 9, 2025 and on many occasions prior to and after that date, Ms. <br />Leffinann encountered a portion of the sidewalk at 139th Avenue and Lark <br />Street (13904 Lark Street) that was inaccessible and that caused her difficulty <br />and discomfort because it was improperly patched with asphalt and has a utility <br />pole which causes the width of the sidewalk to be narrower than three feet. <br />1.
