Avenue (in front of 13811 Lark Street) that was inaccessible and that caused her <br />difficulty and discomfort because of a steep slope between the curb ramp and <br />the sidewalk. <br />n. On September 9, 2025 and on many occasions prior to and after that date, Ms. <br />Leffmann encountered a portion of the sidewalk at 141 st Avenue at Wake <br />Avenue (1705 141 st Avenue) that was inaccessible and that caused her <br />difficulty and discomfort because which is severely uplifted due to a tree, <br />causing a change in elevation of more than one-half inch. <br />o. On September 9, 2025 and on many occasions prior to and after that date, Ms. <br />Leffmann encounters portions of the sidewalk at 143rd Avenue and Washington <br />Avenue that was inaccessible and that caused her difficulty and discomfort <br />because sections of the concrete sidewalk in the path of travel at those locations <br />were cracked and uplifted, causing a change in elevation of more than one-half <br />inch. In addition, there is a utility pole in the middle of the sidewalk, which <br />causes the width of the sidewalk to be narrower than three feet and therefore <br />impassable. <br />p. On September 9, 2025 and on many occasions prior to and after that date, Ms. <br />Leffmann encountered a portion of the sidewalk on 143rd Avenue near the <br />railroad crossing with poles in the middle of the sidewalk which causes the <br />width of the sidewalk to be narrower than three feet. In addition, at this location <br />the sidewalk suddenly ends which requires a person using a mobility device to <br />travel in the street. <br />q. On September 9, 2025 and on many occasions prior to and after that date, Ms. <br />Leffmann encounters portions of the sidewalk at numerous places in the City <br />including Bancroft Street and 140th Avenue, the east side of 136th Avenue and <br />Bancroft Street and Lark Street between 139th Avenue and 140th Avenue with <br />cars parked on the sidewalk which causes the width of the sidewalk to be <br />
