Update on City Projects in the Joint Project Area <br />Community Development Director Sims began the meeting by providing the Committee and <br />the Board of Supervisors with a brief history of the Joint Project Area. Sims also explained <br />that the Project Area is essential to the both the City and County in their efforts to redevelop <br />East 14~h Street and the surrounding areas. <br />Sims and Business Development Manager Battenberg provided the Committee and Board of <br />Supervisors with a PowerPoint presentation highlighting completed, current and future <br />projects within the Joint Project Area.
