IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-125 (3167) <br />RESOLUTION FOR APPROPRIATION OF GRANT FUNDS FOR BAY TRAIL SHORELINE <br />RIPRAP REPAIRS, PROJECT NO. 09-147-42-148 <br />Recitals <br />The City Manager has recommended that the said funds be incorporated in the Bay Trail <br />Shoreline Riprap Repairs Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That an appropriation of grant funds be made in the amount of $306,090. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 8th day of September, <br />2009, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: L~Y/Vl <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
