IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-127 (2108) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH SAN LORENZO UNIFIED SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT FOR FIELD TRIP TRANSPORTATION SERVICES <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, the San Leandro Recreation and Human Services contracts with businesses <br />to provide transportation for field trips; and <br />WHEREAS, the San Lorenzo Unified School District offers safe, quality transportation at <br />a rate equal to or less than other businesses; and, <br />WHEREAS, the community of San Leandro benefits from the City of San Leandro and <br />San Lorenzo Unified School District working together; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and San Lorenzo Unified <br />School District, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That said Agreement is hereby approved; and <br />2.
