IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011-102 <br /> • <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CITY'S APPROPRIATION LIMIT <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011 -12 <br /> Following availability of the documentation used in the determination of the Appropriation <br /> Limit pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code, this Council has reviewed and considered <br /> the data contained in Attachment 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code and Article X111 B <br /> of the California Constitution, the City Council does hereby establish the Appropriation Limit for <br /> Fiscal Year 2011 -2012 at $153,803,850 as more specifically set forth in Attachment 1. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 6th day of June, 2011, <br /> by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: i c/1: 4 <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
