WALBURG and MARIJANE WALBURG, his wife, as community property, hereby grant to <br />the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, an easement for the installation and <br />maintenance of public sidewalks and public utility structures and appurtenances under, <br />over and across all that real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />PARCEL 1 <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the southeastern line of Davis Street with <br />the southwestern line of Martinez Street, said intersection being the most <br />northerly corner of Block 50 as said Streets and Block are shown on that <br />certain map entitled, "Map of the Town of San Leandro", filed for record in <br />Map Book 2 at page 43, Alameda County Records; thence along said line of <br />Martinez Street, south 28' 00' 00" east, 12.90 feet to the TRUE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING; thence continuing south 280 00' 00" east, 6.00 feet along said line <br />of Martinez Street to a point on a line parallel with and distant 18.90 feet <br />southeasterly, measured at right angles, from said line of Davis Street; <br />thence along said parallel line, south 620 00' 00" west, 181.77 feet; thence <br />north 280 00' 00" west, 2.00 feet to a point on a curve with a tangent line <br />bearing north 620 00' 00" east, said curve being concave to the northwest and <br />having a radius of 110.00 feet; thence northeasterly along said curve through <br />a central angle of 110 28' 42" a distance of 22.04 feet to a reverse curve <br />concave to the southeast having a radius of 90.00 feet; thence northeasterly <br />along last said curve through a central angle of 110 28' 42" a distance of <br />18.03 feet to a tangent line parallel with and distant 12.90 feet <br />southeasterly, measured at right angles, from said line of Davis Street; <br />thence along last said parallel line north 620 00' 00" east 141.97 feet to the <br />TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 1008 square feet, more or less. <br />
