CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Stephen Hollister led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />B. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Santos <br /> <br />ABSENT: Members Nardine, Stephens; Mayor Young <br /> <br />In the absence of Mayor Young, the meeting was conducted by Vice Mayor Badger. <br /> <br />Councilmember Glaze stated that Councilmember Nardine is unable to attend tonight's <br />meeting due to the loss of her mother-in-law. <br /> <br />2.
