By <br />convening and adjourning this joint meeting, the requirements of the Authority for their annual <br />meeting will be satisfied. There are no items on this agenda for the Public Financing Authority to <br />consider. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> <br />Planner II Elmer Penaranda led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />B. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Members Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />A. Recognition of the Employee of the Month for the Month of May 2005, <br />Marilyn Cumbie, Administrative Assistant II, City Manager's Office. <br /> <br />Marilyn Cumbie was present to receive her award. <br /> <br />B. Resolution Commending Mike Mahoney for His Years of Service on the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Mike Mahoney did not attend the meeting, and his resolution will be mailed to him. <br />
