Luong (applicant and property <br />owner); RS-VP Residential Single-Family View Preservation Sub-District. <br />Continued from October 16, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: <br /> December 4, 2006 <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION: The City Council denied the appeal by Wayland Lew, upholding the <br />decision of the Board of Zoning Adjustments’ approval of PLN2005- <br />00063; Major View Preservation/Site Plan Review and Height <br />Exception; to build, as modified by the Applicant, an approximate <br />9,811 square-foot new home, with livable area of 6,907 square feet, <br />including five bedrooms and six and one-half bathrooms; and a 1,326 <br />square-foot carriage house, with livable area of 450 square feet, <br />including one bedroom and one full bath; and one 288 square-foot <br />pool house; and approving the Revised Recommended Conditions of <br />Approval, as amended and corrected. The main house and the <br />carriage house exceed the maximum height in the RS-VP District of <br />18 feet and require a height exception; two-story additions in the RS- <br />VP District require a major site plan review/view preservation; 2888 <br />Darius Way; Assessor’s Parcel Number 79-20-47; M.
