<br />IN THE PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007- 001 PFA <br /> <br />(2318/2735) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS OF THE <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />CODIFICATION OF THE AMENDED BYLAWS AS TITLE 25, CHAPTER 1 OF THE <br />SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the bylaws of the Public Financing Authority of the City of San Leandro are <br />codified as Title 25, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the attached amendments to the bylaws of the Public Financing Authority are <br />presented for adoption; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Financing Authority is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Executive Director has recommended the adoption of amendments to said <br />bylaws. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Public Financing Authority of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That the bylaws of this authority, codified as Title 25, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code, are hereby amended. <br /> <br />Introduced by Authority Member Starosciak and passed and adopted this 2nd day of January, <br />2007 by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Authority: <br /> <br />AYES: Members Grant, Gregory, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos <br /> <br />(6) <br />(0) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JdiaAA ~~1 ~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, Authority Secretary <br />
