<br />IN THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-001 PA <br /> <br />(1963/2318) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS AND POLICIES OF THE <br />PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AS CODIFIED IN <br />TITLE 27, CHAPTERS 1 AND 2 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the bylaws and policies of the Parking Authority of the City of San Leandro <br />are codified as Title 27, Chapters 1 and 2 of the San Leandro Administrative Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the attached amendments to the bylaws and policies of the Public Financing <br />Authority are presented for adoption; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parking Authority is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Executive Director has recommended the adoption of amendments to said <br />bylaws and policies. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Parking Authority of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That the bylaws, codified as Title 27, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, <br />are hereby amended; and <br /> <br />That the policies for the implementation of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />guidelines, codified as Title 27, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, are hereby <br />amended. <br /> <br />Introduced by Authority Member Starosciak and passed and adopted this 2nd day of January, <br />2007 by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Authority: <br /> <br />AYES: Members Grant, Gregory, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos <br /> <br />(6) <br />(0) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />liVttvuCiM ~,~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, Authority Secretary <br />
