By <br />convening and adjourning this joint n1eeting, the requirements of the Authority for their annual <br />Ineeting will be satisfied. There are no items on this agenda for the Public Financing Authority to <br />consider. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> <br />B. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Melnbers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor <br />Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Young announced the following presentations were made in the past month: <br />· A proclmnation recognizing May 26 (Memorial Day) at 3:00 p.m. as America's "One <br />Nation One Moment" remen1brance in San Leandro will be presented at the Men10rial <br />Day Veterans Celebration in Hayward. <br />· A commendation was presented to San Leandro resident Jim ProIa for being honored as <br />recipient of the COPE Award by the Central Labor Council of Alameda County. <br />· A proclamation declaring May 11-17, 2003 as "San Leandro Police Recognition Week" <br />was presented to the San Leandro Police Department at the Kiwanis luncheon. <br />· The Mayor and Councillnade a contribution from the Mayor's Community Fund to the <br />San Leandro Crusaders football program. <br />
