That on or about the 11th day of October 2005, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with ST FRANCIS ELECTRIC, 601 ALADDIN AVENUE, SAN LEANDRO, CA 94577 as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, DAVIS STREET (HWY 112)/EAST 14TH STREET (HWY 185) LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 03-961-83-062. 2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as follows: Safeco Insurance Company of America 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 5th day of March 2007. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the DAVIS STREET (HWY 112)/EAST 14TH STREET (HWY 185) LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. .03-961-83-062 project is that of public improvement made to public right-of-way of the State of California in certain land designated as portions of Davis Street and East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
