Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, <br />Nardine; Mayor Young (Council Member Grant arrived during <br />discussion regarding Agenda Item 3.A; Council Member Glaze <br />arrived during the discussion regarding Agenda Item 4.A) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />. A Presentation of Commendation to Mike Betts, Out-Going President of the San <br />Leandro Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br />Mike Betts, out-going President of the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce, was <br />present to accept the Commendation. <br /> <br />B. Presentation of Commendation to Frank Fehn in Recognition ofRis Many Years <br />of Service to the Community of San Leandro. <br /> <br />Frank Fehn was present to accept a Commendation for his years of service as the <br />Downtown Business Association President, Member of Roosevelt School Dad's <br />Club, and Board Member ofthe Broadmoor Homeowners' Association. <br /> <br />John Goodman, President of the Broadmoor Homeowners' Association, made <br />comments and acknowledged Frank for his years of service. He also noted there <br />will be a park bench placed at Victoria Circle dedicated in his honor. <br />
