CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />A. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Agency Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffier, Lothrop, <br />Nardine; Mayor Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Public Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person, for a total time period of one <br />hour. When you address the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency, you should fill out <br />a speaker card and submit it to the Agency Secretary/City Clerk so the order of <br />speakers may be determined and an official record of names and addresses obtained. <br />The public is invited to make any comments related to Agenda items, or other items of <br />public interest, at this time. <br /> <br />A. Pauline Margarone, 2141 Bancroft Avenue, addressed the Redevelopment <br />Agency in support of the Owner Participation Agreement between EDEN Housing <br />and the Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />B. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the Redevelopment Agency and <br />indicated the City Council failed to bring in representatives to present the other <br />point of view on the Measure "B" item. He also commented that the withdrawal <br />of the Appeal on the Bammer property was "mind boggling." He commented <br />further on the forgivable loan to EDEN Housing, which is being proposed this <br />evening, and stressed there needs to be a comprehensive schedule showing all joint <br />powers authorities where the City is involved; what a JP A does; the City's <br />relationship with the JP A and each JP A's revenue; scheduled debt; etc. He <br />indicated further that the same information should also be provided for the <br />Community Redevelopment Authority. <br />
