CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> <br />B. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine; <br />Mayor Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: Council Member Lothrop <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />A. Proclamation Declaring November 11, 2000, "Wes McClure Day in San Leandro." <br /> <br />W es McClure was present to accept the Proclamation and members of Mr. <br />McClure's family were there to honor him. The City Council and City Manager <br />remarked about their positive experiences in working with Mr. McClure during his <br />tenure as City Manager with the City of San Leandro. <br /> <br />B. Presentation of San Leandro Police Department Commendation to Washington <br />Manor Middle School Teachers Susan Schulte and Rob Paulukonis for Coming to <br />the Aid of a Senior Citizen in a Life-Threatening Situation. <br /> <br />Ms. Schulte and Mr. Paulukonis were present to accept their Commendations. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. When you address the <br />City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the <br />order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names and addresses <br />obtained. <br /> <br />None <br />
