<br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-012 RDA <br /> <br />(2323) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BAY <br />AREA HOMEBUYER AGENCY TO ADMINISTER THE FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER AND <br />INCLUSIONARY OWNERSHIP HOUSING PROGRAMS FOR FY 2007-08 <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />An agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and Bay <br />Area Homebuyer Agency, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br /> <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized by the <br />Executive Director for the Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside Fund amount of $34,900 related to <br />the administration of the First Time Homebuyer and Inelusionary Ownership Housing Programs by <br />Bay Area Homebuyer Agency. <br /> <br />Introduced by Agency Member Grant and passed and adopted this 4th day of September, <br />2007, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Agency: <br /> <br />AYES: Members Grant, Gregory, ProIa, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos (7) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
