IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-003 RDA (3076/3107) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTNE DIRECTOR TO ENTER <br />INTO A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />MAIN STREET PROPERTY SERVICES, INC. <br />FOR IlVIPLEMENTATION OF A 2008 MARKETING PLAN <br />AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFORE <br />An Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and Main <br />Street Property Services, Inc. for anot-to-exceed cost of $140,000, a copy of which is attached, has <br />been presented to this Agency. <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized; and <br />further <br />That appropriation of additional funding for services to be performed under the agreement <br />is hereby authorized from the fund balances of the Plaza Redevelopment Project Area, in the <br />amount of $40,000, and the Alameda County-City of San Leandro (Joint) Redevelopment Project <br />Area, in the amount of $35,000. <br />Introduced by Agency Member Stephens and passed and adopted this 4"' day of February, <br />2008 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: Members Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
