IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-005 RDA (2547/3103) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A $50,000 <br />CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT (CSA) BETWEEN THE SAN LEANDRO <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND BUILDING FUTiIRES WITH WOMEN AND <br />CHILDREN FOR ASSISTANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A <br />LOCAL HOMELESS PLAN <br />An Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of San Leandro and Building Futures <br />with Women and Children, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Starosciak and passed and adopted this 19`h day of February, 2008, by the <br />following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: Members Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~~~~2~ <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
